Our business was established in Barcelona in 1986 when Max Galcerán, Independent Insurance Broker since 1949 and Juan Carlos Ventin, Insurance Actuary since 1980, were merged. During the first five years there was a significant organic growth and qualified professionals were incorporated. As a result, in 1990 it was created what today is Grupo VG.

The Group is composed of two business units, Grupo VG Europe that handles the Spanish market and Vetop Internacional that offers brokerage and consulting services operating worldwide, especially in Europe, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
